Pokemon Platinum – Game Notes

When I played Pokemon Platinum from May 5, 2014 to July 20, 2014, I kept an extensive set of game notes. These primarily detailed the Pokemon I caught and the names I assigned them. However, it also served to remind me of places I needed to revisit once I received new HMs, among other reasons.
